GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)
Applicable to cosmetic products imported exclusively for the Benelux and sold via our e-commerce site.

1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTCS") aim to define the rights and obligations of Anamarli Srl, the exclusive importer for the Benelux of the cosmetic products of the Italian brand D’Amico Cosmeci (hereinafter "the Seller"), and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to purchase the products offered for sale on the website www.anamarli.com.
Any order placed on the site implies unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.
2. Products
The products offered are described and presented with the greatest accuracy possible on the site. However, the photographs are not contractual.
The manufacturer of the D’Amico Cosmeci brand certifies that all products comply with current European regulations, notably Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products.
3. Prices
The prices indicated on the site are expressed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT for the Benelux.
Any delivery charges will be indicated at the time of the order.
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the price in effect at the time of the order.
4. Order
The order is considered validated when it is confirmed by email.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute with the Customer, or suspicion of fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The accepted payment method is indicated on the site: credit card.
The Seller does not have access to the Customer's banking data, which is managed by secure payment providers.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery area
Products are delivered exclusively within the Benelux area: Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
6.2 Delivery times
Delivery times are indicated at the time of ordering. They may vary depending on the Customer's address and the carrier, but are generally 4 days.
6.3 Delays / Loss
In the event of a delay or loss attributable to the carrier, the Seller commits to assist the Customer in the necessary procedures.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify the reasons.
7.1 Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded.
7.2 Terms
The Client must notify their request by email to: info@anamarli.com. The products must be returned in their original condition, sealed and unused.
Return costs are the responsibility of the Client.
8. Warranties
The Client benefits from the legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects.
In the case of a defective product, the Seller will proceed with an exchange or a refund.

9. Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible for:
- the improper use of the products;
- any allergic reactions if the ingredients are clearly indicated;
- interruptions or bugs on the site;
- delays caused by third parties (carriers, payment service providers...).
10. Intellectual Property
All elements present on the site (texts, images, logos, brands, design, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior permission.
11. Personal Data
The data collected is used exclusively for order management and customer relations.
The Client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by writing to: info@anamarli.com
The site complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
